You do not need to be a financial member to attend, however you do to be a financial member to be able to vote.

Please note: we are re-aligning our Membership year to coincide with our AGM so all 2025 Memberships are still current until 31st March 2026.

Therefore all current 2025 Members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

Special Business – Determination of 2026 Membership Fees

In accordance with Clause 6(1) of the Constitution, members will be asked to consider and vote on the proposed 2026 membership fees.

The Management Committee proposes that annual membership fees for the 2026 membership year (commencing 1 April 2026) be set as follows:

• Full Membership: $11

• Couples Membership: $22

Members will be asked to vote on this proposal at the AGM.
