Tickets/ Ticket FAQs

PURCHASING TICKETS

  • Centenary Theatre Group is utilising Trybooking.com

  • Select your chosen show from the 2025 Season on this website and click on the purchase tickets button which will direct you to Trybooking.com

  • Alternatively you can go directly to Trybooking.com and search in the location field for Chelmer.

  • Alternatively you can buy your tickets at the theatre box office using cash or card one hour before the show starts, however we do encourage reservations of seats via Trybooking.com due to many performance being sold out.

CONCESSION POLICY

The following concessions may be available:

  • MEMBERS discounts apply to current members.

  • CHILD may be available to patrons under 12 years of age.  

  • CONCESSIONS discounts apply only to holders of Government Concession Cards.

  • STUDENT discounts apply only to fulltime students studying in Australia with a valid student card.

GROUP BOOKINGS

​Group bookings for 10 or more people for the same performance can be made online, at the group booking price.

COLLECTION OF TICKETS

Tickets purchased online are emailed to you, and may be printed out or presented on your smart phone for admission to the performance.

LATE ARRIVAL

Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance. 

REFUNDS

If some reason you have any issues with your ticket purchase, please immediately forwarded the email you received after purchasing your tickets to enquiry@centenarytheatre.com.au. Please let us know what is the issue and we will endeavour to resolve it for you. Otherwise you can call our mobile number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS

Please report lost or stolen tickets to Centenary Theatre Group as soon as possible.
